To better understand the origins, dynamics, cultures and values of the founding family and the likely interrelationships on the family and the business and to recognize that family health can greatly influence the manner of harnessing the potential areas for improvement within the family business; and
3. To pave a strategic roadmap that puts family and business in a healthy equation
