Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, testing and deployment of custom web applications and services
- Comprehensive experience with structuring, developing, and implementing websites and multilingual CMSs
- Design, develop, and update databases as they relate to Web applications
- Develop Web 2.0 applications using Ajax and other technologies
- Identify and resolve browser compatibility issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing web applications
- Develop web services and middle-tier objects
- Solid understanding of application development methodologies and life-cycle
- Experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Experience with defining functional requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years work experience as a web developer
- Full working knowledge of Coldfusion, MS SQL, IIS
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript
- Experience with e-commerce system development
- Experience with Ajax, jQuery, Prototype, MooTools, etc.
- Knowledge of international web standards and protocols
