Experience:
At least 10 years relevant technical experience in the field of IT, or IT support, gained from a similar technical environment.
Details:
Manages the day-to-day technical and operational functional activities of the Technical Infrastructure Operations Team, in the areas of IT Services Helpdesk, Site Support Team, and the Operations Center, covering the areas of Server Administration, Network Administration, Workstation Administration, and Monitoring and Control Center.
Plans, leads, organizes, and controls the various functional management activities of the Technical Infrastructure Operations Team.
The ten (10) years experience must be inclusive of at least five (5) years solid managerial experience, with very strong leadership orientation and people skills. Must be adept in managing a large group of highly technical staff in a 24/7 operation.
Must have a very good command of oral and written communication, and effective presentation skills.
Mature in disposition and effective team player.
Very good customer orientation.
