Experience:
1 – 3 years experience in general ledger bookkeeping, Financial Statement preparation and analysis, budgeting.

Required:

  • Certified Public Accountant

    • Account Receivable and Payables and government reportorial requirements:

  • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis
  • Effective planning and well oriented in structural management
  • Proficient in English both written and oral
  • Computer literate
  • Outgoing and with good interpersonal skills

    • Responsibilities:

  • Checks accuracy of all reports for recording to ledger (eg. Cashier report)
  • Cash/check vouchers (various expense)
  • Records daily transactions to applicable books
  • Reconciles all balance sheets, cash Banks, petty cash & etc.
  • Prepares financial statements

    • Reports:

  • Financial Statements
  • Monthly Inventory
  • Sales Report
  • Taxes & Licenses
  • Purchase Returns
