The Hire-Purpose Job Expo

Fueled by the need to create a goldmine of talent and job opportunities in
the Visayas and Mindanao region, Phenom Events Management Services is
proud to bring you the Premiere Equal-Opportunity career and recruitment
event under one roof featuring the best employers of top corporations that
the Philippines and the world has to offer. This Expo is sure to draw a
mix of raw and experienced high-calibre candidates from all over the
Visayas and Mindanao region for companies to choose from.

JOBEX: The “Hire-Purpose” Job Expo kicks off its 2-day spectacular on May
6 and 7, 2006 (Saturday & Sunday) at the SM City Trade Hall, Cebu City,
Philippines.

Attendees to JOBEX will be delighted to discover an interesting mix of
companies from different industries all vying for the attention of
candidates to fill their recruitment pipelines with the best candidates
possible. Job Seekers will have a chance to reach their career goals,
research potential employers, listen to accurate and quality information
and have one-on-one chats with company hiring representatives and local
government officials who will be offering frontline services during this
weekend event.

It’s all about getting the right information from the right people in the
right place! “For companies, hiring through JOBEX is a veritable bargain
and an effective recruiting tool,” says Charmaine Espiritu, events
director of Phenom Events Management Services. “In addition to filling a
company’s recruitment needs, companies can get an opportunity to
invigorate their current workforce, and eyeball other firms’
compensation/benefits package in luring candidates. HR departments can
build and strengthen the company’s recruiting pipelines by talking to
younger students who can be slotted into internships or experienced
working professionals wanting a career change. Job seekers on the other
hand can browse and shop for career opportunities… all under one roof in
one weekend!” Espiritu also notes that, “this expo will provide a lot of
bang for your buck for both candidates and companies if you look at the
exposure you gain and the number of people or companies you reach. Job
expos are a fast, inexpensive method for building the company brand in all
the right places and for achieving face time with high-quality
candidates/companies.”

Phenom Events would like JOBEX to become an established trade show and
recognized event in the Philippines and in Asia.

Jumpstart your Career! Invest in yourselves today by attending and
supporting the most essential informative equal-opportunity career event
of the year!

JOBEX will be open to the public on May 6 and May 7, 2006 (Saturday &
Sunday) from 10 am to 8:00 pm. Attendees MUST pre-register online or
