This event links the industry to the academe—allowing high school and college
students as well as young professionals acquire knowledge through speech
competitions and interactive tourism forums. Besides fostering comradeship,
this event aims to provide a venue where the young generation can exercise and
celebrate freedom of expression while developing their competence in written
and oral English through oration, extemporaneous and essay writing tilts—with
ideas revolving around the context of “tourism as everybody’s business”.

The annually anticipated Cebuano celebration called Sinulog once more unfolds before your very eyes.

The city is in frenzy… you see people flock to the Basilica Minore to pay tribute to the child God. Business is bomming — vendors of food, Cebuano delicacies, and souvenir items line the pedestrians. You got no choice but to enjoy the festivity and the chaos and revelry that comes with it.
