Acushla Band started January 2006. The band is composed of working students united by the same passion in music. They started playing from local bars in Cebu to International Hotels. Acushla plays a variety of acoustic music from pop,
alternatives, classics, jazz and bossa nova. This young acoustic group is influenced by Astrud Gilberto, John Mayer, Stevie Wonder, Bob Marley, among others. The combination of these influences makes the band different from the others.
