People today require more than one language to meet the needs of a changing world. Modern communications, increased world travel, the economic interdependence of nations, and immigration trends contribute to situations where knowledge of a second or even a third language is necessary. To meet the challenge, Cebu Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Inc. offers a language subject which emphasizes functional fluency and provides opportunities for development of language skills.
